Rating 49ART 2018 is published

Russian Investment Art Rating 49ART 2018 is published on the project site.

The presentation of the rating took place on April, 10. The rating 49ART represents the prominent Russian artists under 50 who got the high evaluation of their works by the experts including museum experts, art historians, curators, gallery specialists etc.

Unlike the previous year, the rating 49ART 2018 regards artists working with painting, graphics, sculpture as well as installation, photography and video art.

Thanks to this, the final rating list now includes well-known photo and video artists who have passed the expert selection.

Artists presented in the 49ART rating in 2018 for the first time: Alexandra Galkina, Evgeny Granilshchikov, Alexander Gronsky, Alisa Joffe, Polina Kanis, Elena Kovylina, Roman Mokrov, Sasha Pirogova, PROVMYZA art group, Sergey Sapozhnikov, ‘Blue Soup” group, Ilya Fedotov-Fedorov, “Where the dogs run” group.

The project was highly evaluated by contemporary art leading experts, including Leonid Bazhanov (HSE), Dmitry Ozerkov (Hermitage), Sergei Popov (pop / off / art gallery), Marina Sitnina (Gazprombank, corporate art collection) during the presentation of the rating.
